We make the Harvest Roast and Mom’s Mushroom Gravy in a commercially approved commissary kitchen in Burnaby, BC.

How do I eat it?

The Harvest Roast can be baked and served as a centrepiece at any gathering. For smaller portions, the Harvest Roast can be cooked over the stovetop in individual slices. Detailed cooking instructions are included on the labels.

What can I eat it with?

The Harvest Roast makes an excellent plant-based main dish for family and friend gatherings and pairs well with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, gravy.

Mom’s Mushroom Gravy pairs well with the Harvest Roast but also can be enjoyed with vegetables, mashed potatoes, pasta, rice.

One of our favourite ways to enjoy the Harvest Roast and Mom’s Mushroom Gravy is as a topping on salads. It is an easy way to make simple salads a more complete and satisfying meal.
